The one-day course is for delegates who have already completed the full Managing Safely course. Delegates get to refresh their knowledge on the key parts of the full Managing Safely course by relating them to a plan-do-check-act safety and health management system, with leadership at the heat of it all.

Delegates undertake a risk assessment exercise and then think about the best ways to communicate their findings and the safety and health plan to the workforce.

Takes a look at data types, what can be measured and how this helps in seeing if ‘the plan’ is implemented and working.

Act

Looks at why reviewing performance, acting on lessons learned and striving to improve continually is essential. Delegates then reflect on what they have learned and how they will use this in their workplace.
